The protagonists head towards their final mission: deliver Trish to the mafia boss of Passione. Cruising there on a small boat, Buccellati reads to the rest of the team the information on the disc they retrieved. It stated one bodyguard should escort Trish to the top of a church and none of the other members of the team steps foot on the island. If someone deviates from these orders, the boss will take it as an act of aggression. The mysterious boss is being very careful about this. They arrive at the island and Buccellati decides that he will escort Trish to the top of the church. Giorno wanted to, but Abbacchio got suspicious. Buccellati asked Giorno for one of the ladybugs off of his shirt for "good luck" but in actuality Giorno turned the ladybug into a tracking device so Buccellati can put it on the boss. Mista, Giorno and Ghiaccio are launched into the canal while still in the car. Giorno's body is freezing fast due to White Album. However, they are close to where the disc is located. Ghiaccio is freezing the water around them, making it difficult to fight or flee. Mista tells Giorno to turn the roof of the car into plants so Giorno created vines, but the only plant life that can live in that cold of a temperature is short grass, which starts growing. Mista is pulling the growing, freezing grass out of the car to create a snowboard to slide on the frozen water, but Ghiaccio undoes his ability, forcing Mista to plunge into the water. Mista gathers up some of the grass and throws it into the air. Giorno turns it back into a large screw from the vehicle and Mista shoots it into the forehead region of Ghiaccio's suit, plunging him into the water, temporarily incapacitated. Ghiaccio is driving to meet up with Melone as Giorno is facing off versus Babyface. Babyface has grown in size and has landed a blow on Giorno, but Giorno has turned the bike Babyface rode in on into his hand and inserted it into Babyface, thusly defeating Giorno's enemy. However, due to the fact that Babyface is actually the laptop Melone uses and not the stand power attacking Giorno, Melone takes no damage from the defeat of Babyface's creation. Ghiaccio goes to where Buccellati's team was, but they are nowhere to be found. Melone decides to create another stand power to track them down, but is assaulted by a snake. This snake bites the tongue of Melone. The snake turns out to be a part of Babyface's creation and tracked down Melone, killing him. Back in Coco Jumbo, Buccellati receives another order from the boss of Passione. It states that Abbacchio should use Moody Blues to replay a scene that occurred within the turtle. Following the rigorous fight between Prosciutto and Pusci and Buccellati's team, we see a new member from the Hitman Team named Melone start to pursue the protagonists. A woman on the train is complaining about delays and Melone appears in her room and begins to harass her. He pulls out a laptop and starts to input information about the woman into the laptop, such as her blood type, health and other things. The laptop then grows a small head and legs, to which Melone announces that this is his stand Babyface (subbed to Babyhead). His stand "impregnates" her and the thing that has been inserted into her begins to develop at a rapid pace. Snapping back to Buccellati's crew, they are riding in a truck whilst inside Coco Jumbo's stand ability Mr. President. Giorno beings to question if Trish has a stand. Prosciutto and Buccellati are being flung out of the speeding train they were on due to Buccellati creating a hole in the train and forcing both of them outside the train, but Pesci uses his Beach Boy to snag Prosciutto's hand to keep him from falling to his death. Buccellati has grabbed onto Prosciutto's legs so he does not fall as well. Buccellati uses Sticky Fingers to attack the fishing line attached to Prosciutto's hand, creating a zipper on Prosciutto's hand and forcing the fishing hook out of his body and reattaches it to Buccellati's own hand. Pesci notices the aging process has stopped on the passengers of the train, so he now knows that he does not have Prosciutto on his Beach Boy's hook anymore. Suddenly, the aging commences again and Buccellati notices that Prosciutto is still alive hanging on to life by laying on a railing on the bottom of the train.
