JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Golden Wind Episode 13 Discussion

Fugo is in a tough spot as Illuso has pulled him into the mirror realm without Fugo's stand to help him. Illuso is distracted by Abbacchio running toward the dog mosaic to retrieve the key. As Abbacchio reaches the key, a mirror is there beside the key. Illuso pulls him into the mirror world, but Abbacchio is actually his stand disguised as himself. Illuso has pulled Abbacchio's stand, Moody Blues, into the mirror realm with him. He attacks Illuso but Illuso pulls the real Abbacchio in with another shard of a mirror. Illuso permits half of Abbacchio into the realm and allows half of Moody Blues to leave, leaving Abbacchio incapacitated. Abbacchio severs his own hand, with the key in it, and uses Moody Blues to send the severed hand back to Giorno. Illuso runs off to retrieve the key. Giorno gets the key, but Illuso stops him and pulls Giorno into the mirror realm as well. Giorno reveals that he has been infected with Purple Haze's virus ability, which has now infected Illuso. Illuso attempts to leave the virus in the mirror world by having his stand leave his hand (which is the part of his body infected with the virus) in the mirror realm. Illuso has returned back in the real world, but Giorno calculated for this. Giorno turned a brick, which was attacked by Purple Haze, into a snake and used it to track where Illuso is in the real world. Once the snake found where Illuso was located, Fugo's stand can now attack Illuso since it was released in the real world. Man in the Mirror blocks a punch from Purple Haze, but a capsule on the knuckle of Purple Haze dislodges itself and breaks on the wall behind Illuso. This act releases more of the virus directly onto Illuso, causing him to become infected. The gang members who were trapped in the mirror realm are sent back into the real world as Illuso is defeated. Giorno, still infected by the virus, uses an antidote that Golden Experience extracted from the snake born from a brick that Purple Haze attacked. Golden Experience gives the antidote to Giorno, who writhes in pain from the antidote attempting to rid Giorno's body of the deadly virus. Fugo is in awe at Giorno's will and trustworthiness. Abbacchio, just around the corner from the rest of the team, collapses from blood loss due to having to sever his hand. The key is safely in the hands of Buccellati's team, even though the members are injured. This ends episode thirteen of JoJo's part 5.

While Giorno has proven himself to be a trustworthy member of the Buccellati team, some of the members - mainly Abbacchio - still has doubts on this teenage JoJo. Giorno has proven that he is a clever, trustworthy, strong addition to the team. He has proven this to Mista, Buccellati and now Fugo. Narancia trusts him, but not to the extent of the other three members listed. He still has a way to go for proving himself to Abbacchio, whose heart is cold from the tragic death of his partner. Nonetheless, Giorno is working towards proving himself as a valuable member to this team.

Something else that these past few episodes have uncovered is that the Hitman Team are sending all of it's members in order to retrieve Trish and uncover the secrets she may know about the mysterious boss of Passione. They have sent Illuso and Formaggio and will not stop in sending members of the Hitman Team in order to achieve their goals. More villains are coming to get Trish, but the Buccellati team will stop at nothing to get Trish back to the boss.

As a quick side note, there will be no new episode this coming Friday because David Production allowed it's animators this New Years off.
